Do I look CUTEee? Mommy said I am trying to act cute liao...by playing with my little fingers.
9 more days to 4 mths old, Daddy always says, I am a big Baby now.
I start to learn to sit upright with support behind. But Mommy still need to hold me, otherwise I will fall down as I couldnt sit still for a moment. Mommy used the "act cute" photo to take part a baby contest. This contest is organised by Harvey Norman Photo Ctr.
See I got a big tummy hor...and looks chubby chubby...

Photos taken at Vivo City, inside White Dog Cafe. Mommy went to GAP sales and bought me alot of clothings. She is crazy about the 40% discount!
See, I can hold my neck, right?! Hahaa...

I am 3 mths old! See, I just had my head shaved. Done at the barber shop in Jurong West. How the barber completed the task? Haa, while I am sleeping lor. Is a challenging task. Thumbs Up for the Barber! I love to stand, even walk...of course still need support from Daddy Mommy. I dun like to lie down...so bored...

These are Mommy's favourite photos. I am now 1 more day to 3 mths old! Now I can lift up my head when I am on my tummy. The views are so different when I lie on my tummy. The milk formula I am drinking now is Friso Gold 1 plus Friso Comfort as Friso comfort made me feel much comfortable and reduced my regurgitation.

I can grab my hanky liao...but only for a while, I will throw away eventually. Mummy will took off my mittens during playtime and put back when sleeping time. So troublesome...that is my Mommy...sigh..

Noticed my double eyelids? But actually they are hidden double eyelids so will only appear when I am tired. So you know what I mean? Still dunno know...I am saying I am tired NOW!! Better dun disturb me!

They are my Daddy Mommy! I love them coz they love me very much...
Who do I look like, Daddy or Mommy?

Finally found a chance to take a picture with Mommy.
So great! Now Mommy dont look so swollen (face) as compared to during confinement...

I am turning 3 mths old soon. And Mummy's maternity leave going to end soon too. I will be leaving under the care of an infant care ctr during the daytime whereby Mummy Daddy are working. Dont know whether the teachers there can "tahan" me..keke...Not sure my loud wailing will influence my classmates??? Mummy afraid will receive complaint calls from teachers when she is at work. Hope I will behave myself...

Daddy Mummy love me a lot. Bought for me such a cute pair of booties. Then bought for me Disney toy toy…but I am yet to appreciate that. The only sound that can calm me down is from the baby rattle, which is actually a gift from a friend of Mummy. Because is loud enough to cover my screams.

I am an "angel" in front of people but a "devil" in front of Daddy Mummy. .haha..
Thus people, including family members & relatives misled by me...doubting the competency of Daddy Mummy, wondering how come Daddy Mummy plus grandma also cant handle me. Poor Daddy Mummy. But individual baby has different character so behaviour will be different lor. Cant expect all babies are the same..and I am the different one lor...keke. Only those parents has babies same as me will understand what Daddy Mummy are going through...

After the vaccination when I was 2 months old, I got fever, 38.3 degree Celsius…Daddy Mummy were so scared. Luckily 2 – 3 days later, I am recovered after taking medicine.
Mummy is very thoughtful, want the best for me. So after some “surveys & research”, Mummy let me use Pigeon baby wipes, Watson cotton pads, Pigeon cotton swabs(extra thin stem), Avent teats. Pigeon wipes is not so soapy as compared to others. The wool from Watson cotton pads wont drop off easily. Pigeon cotton swabs have extra thin stem type so is more suitable for my little pair of ears & nose. Avent teats can help to reduce colic so Mummy quickly purchased them to replace the old ones.
Daddy Mummy also signed up Stemcord to store my cord blood too. Thus if anyone need referral, feel free to look for Daddy Mummy, got discount hor...
At 2+ months old, I sleep lesser in the day. Like to have some playtime. And keep on looking for things that interest me. I realised I love to look at lights. I can try to grab things but very lazy. I still cant hold my neck very well but much stronger than before. I am a morning lark, will wake up at 7+am. Will greet Mommy with a smile when I see her. During playtime, I will try to communicate with Mommy by making different kinds of sounds. And then smile to Mommy when she talks to me. I love attention a lot…playing alone can only be a short while. Haa, I am a greedy little fellow too…whenever Daddy Mummy are eating, I will stare at them. I want to eat too!

I have sleeping issue too. Unable to sleep well at night, thinking is daytime. Thus Daddy & Mummy had a hard time taking care of me during the night. Towards 3 months old, I am much better. Only wake up twice for milk. But I still will make noise or lose temper during most of the nights. Thus made Daddy & Mummy very angry. I left Daddy with no choice but to buy a spring cradle for me. Due to my sleeping issue, Mummy dont allow visitors near to eveming time as she dont want me to get over stimulated. Dad & Mum trying to help me differentiate daytime from night time by many ways. For eg, the feed near to sleeping time has to be inside the room, with only night light on, and no television, no much talking etc.

After a few days when I back home, I realised I might be suffering from colic. Why I said so? It is because I will feel very frustrated and uncomfortable at the same time everyday. My colicky behaviour is struggling, crying non-stop, nothing can appease me. I cried & shouted until my voice became coarse. This made Daddy Mummy feeling very stressed out. Tried taking Ridwind medicine but no improvement. So we consult 2nd Pd, Dr Chuang. She gave me a better medicine. After taking that and applying a lot of “Ru Yi” medicated oil, finally my colic problem improved.

I don’t like to drink water. No matter how hard Mummy Daddy force me to drink, I just wont drink. Mummy even used syringe, Daddy poured into my mouth directly from the bottle also cant help. I will just scream and cry…then spit out all the water.

As for milk, I started off with Nestle Nan1 HA. After few weeks later, I suffered from regurgitation, spitted out milk quite a lot…like Merlion. Thus Daddy & Mummy consulted my Paediatrician, Dr Chuang (The Baby and Child Clinic at Bt Batok). Dr Chuang suggested I can try to drink 2 brands of milk formula, Friso Comfort and Enfalac A+ AR. I tried Friso comfort first. Resulted poop poop 3 to 4 times in a day and my stools are very watery, like diarrhoea, frightened my Mummy. Dr Chuang said some babies might result in diarrhoea. However, I like Friso comfort as my regurgitation problem really reduced a lot. Then no choice, we switched to Enfalac A+ AR. Very heaty as my stools got slight blood. In the end Daddy Mummy tried mixing Nestle Nan1 (non HA) with Enfalac A+ AR and Nestle Nan1 (non HA) with Friso comfort. Think I am not very suitable for Nestle Nan1 HA so changed to Nestle Nan1 instead. Such mixing method is really tiring & confusing for Daddy Mummy.

At birth, I wore Pampers but resulted in nappy rash when back home. Tried Drypers (NB) too. Not long, Daddy heard from a friend that Petpet is cheaper. However, Petpet don’t have NB size. Daddy & Mummy find that Petpet S size is not much of a great difference from Drypers NB size anyway so they let me try Petpet S size. I am comfortable with this brand. Furthermore, can help Daddy & Mummy save up more money to buy toy toy for me..keke. To prevent nappy rash, Mummy diligently apply nappy rash cream for me for every diaper change. I get very impatient when changing dapers so Daddy Mummy are trained to be fast in changing diapers liao…keke. I love Daddy & Mummy!

I stepped into Daddy & Mummy's life on 15 Feb 2008 morning, weighing 3.155 kg, with length of 50 cm. After 7 - 8 hrs of labour pain, Mummy managed to deliver me at Thomson Medical Hospital with the help of Dr Adrian Woodworth. No epidural, only breathing the gas (FOC) & painkiller injection on the thigh. Definitely not easy for Mummy...real painful but is still worth it. Upon seeing me, all the pain is gone.
The stay at TMC single bedded room is comfortable. And the meals are very tasty, exceeded Mummy's expectations. Especially the confinement soups are so nice...yum yum...
Except that the parking is still a well-known discomfort. There are a mixture of helpful & experienced and unfriendly & inexperienced staffs, depending who is on shift and whom will be attending to u...
